| Hello PA Z owners, ill be moving back to the burgh in a few years and was reading up on the emissions laws. I have a 96 and CA SMOG limits me in mods and deletes. Mine is definitely and always will be a summer only, no rain, occasional drive Z. I will definitely put less than 3000 miles on it per year. My question is: Do any of you put few enough miles on it to be emissions exempt? If so, what do they check every year? What im really getting at is, would i be able to delete the EGR and CC and possibly even swap in a 95TT ECU with no issues with PA emissions? Im asking now because i may do my build out here in a year or two, and then keep it off the road until i move back to PA. Thanks in advance! Ron
